Although they will not admit it, ACCD trainings are Large Group Awareness Trainings (LGATs) that use a slightly customized Lifespring curriculum
Dan Tocchini's Organization for Christian Character Development has gone by several names in the past few years: .
Dan Tocchini runs ACCD along with Jean Marie Jobs, Tammy McCracken, Ennio Salucci, and Lawrence Edwards. Dan was a Lifespring Trainer for several years & started this new organization when Lifespring disbanded in the early 90s.

This is a for-profit company providing training to corporations such as ESPN & Disney. It is run by Dan Tocchini and has a close relationship with John Hanley, SR - the creator of Lifespring
GAP Youth Training Services.
This organization provides the Lifespring-based training to youth around the country.
GAP Youth Training Services, Inc. is a California 501C(3) nonprofit corporation, headquartered in Santa Rosa, California.
